WSJT-X 2.7.0-rc6 Expires Soon

Back in August 2024 the WSJT-X team created Version 2.7.0-rc6 which introduced Super Fox and other features.
The nomenclature “rc6” stands for RELEASE CANDIDATE 6. This is not a standard release.
There was a powerful incentive to get RC6 deployed so that it could be used by the Jarvis Island DXpedition, N5J beginning August 7, 2024.
The RC6 version was intentionally designed to expire on December 31, 2024. The expectation is that any user who had installed RC6 would upgrade to a standard release prior to the expiration of RC6. If you are affected by this scenario, now it the time you should consider an upgrade.
