Gate opens at 6:00AM

Vendor Buildings Open by 8:00AM

TechTalks 9AM-Noon @ Show Barn

• General Admission $10.00 cash per person, children under 16 free
• Additional $10.00 per space for tailgaters—no reservations. First come, first served
• Commercial and indoor tables by reservation (see vendor form registration link below)
• Country ham and egg breakfast at 7 am  
• Concessions and snack bar available
• Grand Prizes and hourly drawings
• County park with pool, picnic area, and playground opposite hamfest
• Camping spaces available Saturday night – $15 per vehicle – limited hookups
• QSL card checking (for awards) at the ARRL table – Ruritan building, 8 to 11 AM
• Large tailgating area with ample shade under the big oak trees
• Electric power is available for testing purposes at various places within the tailgating area

Always the FIRST SUNDAY IN AUGUST.

Famous Barbecue begins at 11:00 a.m.

VE Exams

• Laurel Amateur Radio Club VE Team will be administering license exams (Clarke County High School), right down the road from the Fairgrounds). Walk-ins welcome.
All license classes , or no license yet, are welcome.
